We are offering three Journey to Mindfulness courses in 2024, each offering 1 session a week for 8 weeks.
Our Mindfulness Courses are based upon the eight session MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) programme, developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally.
