OUR MINDFULNESS COURSES
Journey to
Mindfulness
People who attend this life-changing Course soon learn skills and approaches that make them calmer, better organised and more at ease with life’s challenges and opportunities, whilst instinctively making the right choices. Learn how!!
Our Mindfulness Courses are based upon the eight session MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) programme, developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally. It brings about true happiness and will make you more aware of what you are thinking and doing, thus enabling you to make wiser choices.
In doing so, you will free yourself from resisting the present, regretting the past, and worrying about the future.
Your learning will be enhanced by written notes and Mp3 recordings of the Meditations. If you wish to discuss payment by instalments for this course please Contact Us.
A Day of
Bread-Making
Our unique Mindful Baking Days are a practical and fun way of learning to apply Mindfulness to all aspects of your life. You’ll pay moment by moment attention to the process and the ingredients as you learn to produce top quality artisan bread.
Our day of practical bread-making also includes lunch and refreshments. Full instructions will be provided for you to take home. An apron will be loaned to you for the day.

De-Stress with
Tai Chi
*Please wear loose comfortable clothing. We usually work barefoot, but if you prefer, please bring some indoor only slippers/shoes. (Max 4 attendees per session due to Covid guidelines)
You will learn to practice Tai Chi as Mindful Movement that extends your meditation into daily life. This induces physical and mental relaxation, self awareness and sensitivity thus promoting spiritual awareness and harmony.
Tai Chi develops both the mind and the body and embraces a philosophy that not only promotes health but can also be applied to every facet of your life.
