We practice Tai Chi as Mindful Movement that extends our meditation into daily life. This induces physical and mental relaxation, self awareness and sensitivity thus promoting spiritual awareness and harmony. Tai Chi develops both the mind and the body and embraces a philosophy that not only promotes health but can also be applied to every facet of our life.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing. We usually work barefoot, but if you prefer, please bring some indoor only slippers/shoes.
