After purchasing 1, 2 or 3 online sessions a week over 4 weeks, you will be contacted by Lance and Claire with all of the available sessions. We will be delivering the Mindful Wellbeing online sessions on:
Mondays and Wednesdays – 6pm-7pm
Saturdays – 9am-10am
These sessions will be delivered via Zoom, we can help you quickly set it up on any device, so long as it has a front facing camera e.g. modern phone, laptop with webcam or tablet.
You have the option of either 1, 2 or 3 Online Mindful Wellbeing Sessions split over 4 weeks:
These sessions are suitable for all levels of experience. The content of the sessions will be dynamic and highly practical, addressing current needs, challenges and objectives as raised by the participants.
Over the course of the sessions, your levels of calm and positivity will increase, you will become more focused and resilient, better organised and more productive. Rather than mere “firefighting” techniques, you will learn a Way of Being approach which will bring about lasting change through breath, movement, stillness, visualisation, meditation and sound.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) will be the core activity, but we will draw extensively on resources such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Facilitated Stretching and Acupressure.
